Tryst Studio
Located in the heart of historic Hingham, MA at 29 Main Street
Tryst is a multi-award winning studio known for its signature brow design, fresh and flawless makeup application, and comprehensive menu of waxing and skincare services.
Owner and artist Kelly O’Keefe opened Tryst in April 2012 inspired by years of work with brides. The physical location would provide a home base for Blush, her award-winning onsite bridal and special event makeup business, allow O’Keefe and her team to provide the same exceptional services to a wider audience. Tryst has quickly become an oasis for clients who seek honest advice on navigating what can be an overwhelming sea of beauty products and services.
Tryst, as its name suggests, began out of the idea of a quick rendezvous for brow design, but has swiftly evolved to offer so much more; developing long time love affairs with dedicated clients from all over the South Shore.
I had been in awe of how many misshapen brows we were seeing on our brides…a properly shaped brow can do wonders to frame the face, said O’Keefe.
Passionate about brows, skin care, makeup, and just about anything girlie, O’Keefe has developed a strong following of clients who rock the signature Tryst brow and many who come to Tryst hoping to correct brows that have been excessively tweezed or misshaped. Tryst’s full menu of services has grown along with its client base: brows, hair removal, lashes, custom facials and skin care and airbrush tanning as well as a number of cosmetic lines and quality skin care products for purchase.
Visit Tryst for makeup application too. If you’re considering putting a little extra effort into your appearance for a special event, book an appointment at the studio have your makeup applied professionally. Getting married? Blush onsite bridal makeup professionals will go on-location with you.
With planning and preparation for a wedding beginning well in advance, brides can become immersed in the details (the cake, the dress, the invitations…) O’Keefe reminds brides that skincare and self care should be planned well in advance as well, ideally up to a year in advance. Tryst offers a landing pad for Blush artists to guide and consult brides in the months leading up to the big day, not only for makeup trials, but also to provide services to ensure healthy glowing skin for the big day, and beyond.
Both Tryst and Blush celebrate the process of bringing out the very best in their clients. Tryst is all about self-care and self-love and Blush is all about helping brides look like the very best version of themselves on their special day.
O’Keefe has cultivated a team of professionals so passionate about beauty that they live and breathe what they do.
Blush has earned a spot in the “The Knot” Hall of Fame, among several other distinctions, and boasts a stunning portfolio of wedding and bride photos that have us blushing with pride.
