Founder and owner Kelly O’Keefe opened Tryst in April 2012 inspired by years of work as an award-winning wedding makeup artist. With brides seeking to look their best on one of the most important days of their lives, O’Keefe believed advanced skincare and brow shaping needed to part of any bride’s regimen well before the big day.
Tryst’s full menu of services has grown along with its client base to include meticulous brow-shaping, brow and lash lifts and tints, waxing and hair removal, lashes, facials, cutting-edge skincare technologies, and sunless tanning. Additionally, O’Keefe selects and stocks the highest quality skincare products available for purchase in-store.
Tryst owner Kelly O’Keefe has cultivated a team of professionals so passionate about beauty that they live and breathe what they do and celebrate the process of bringing out the very best in their clients in every service they provide.
Elizabeth Larsen Taylor, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience. Following a distinguished career in Critical Care and Cardiology, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine to pursue her lifelong passion for helping individuals look and feel their best.
Liz received her initial aesthetic training from the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts in 2021, where she gained foundational expertise in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, collagen induction therapy, and more. Committed to continuous learning, she has since completed numerous advanced courses, firmly believing that ongoing education leads to superior outcomes.
In addition to her aesthetic work, Liz brings extensive experience in medical weight management, particularly in the use of peptides. She is an active member of both the International Peptide Society and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), reflecting her dedication to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Her holistic approach—nurturing both internal health and external appearance—embodies her belief that true wellness stems from the harmony between body and mind. Known for her warm, approachable demeanor and clinical expertise, Liz is a trusted provider and expert nurse injector whose treatment plans are grounded in both compassion and precision.

Abby became an esthetician to help others look and feel their best. She loves creating a relaxing and caring environment for her clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and pampered. Abby’s favorite service to provide is facials, where she excels at bringing out the natural radiance in her clients’ skin.
McKenna is an esthetician with over three years of experience. She excels at creating a welcoming environment for clients and values building meaningful relationships with them. Specializing in facials and also skilled in waxing, McKenna is thrilled to be a part of the Tryst team and looks forward to meeting new clients.
Taylor is a driven and talented esthetician who loves helping people feel great about their skin. She’s always learning about the latest skincare trends and knows how to get the best results for each person she works with.
