Cancellation Policy
This is the cancellation policy for Esthetic Services (Waxing, Tinting, Facials, Makeup Application, Sunless Tanning)
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.
How to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Tryst:
If you need to cancel your appointment you may do so online within 48 hours of your appointment. You may also call Tryst at (781) 740-2228 or email hello@trystonmain.com.
At Tryst, our goal is to provide quality services in a timely manner. We have implemented a late arrival, no show, and cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.
Appointments must be secured in advance with a credit card at the time of booking.
If the client fails to notify Tryst within 48 hours or does not show for an esthetic service appointment they will be charged for the appointment in full.
We do understand emergencies may happen and prior notice may not be possible. Consideration will be given at Tryst’s discretion.
If the client’s appointment is canceled by Tryst, then the patient is not subject to this charge.
Late Arrivals
We understand unforeseeable events pop up from time to time. We kindly request that you inform us if you are running late or you are unable to make your appointment.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
Depending on the service you are booked for, we may not be able to accommodate your service if you are more than 10 minutes late. Tryst may recommend that you reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time. The “No Show/Cancellation Fee” still applies for late arrivals past 10 minutes as we do miss the opportunity to schedule another appointment in your time slot with such short notice.
No Show/Cancellation Fee: The price of the scheduled service.

If the client fails to notify Tryst within 48 hours of their laser appointment, they are also subject to a $250 “No Show/Cancellation Fee”.

Depending on the service you are booked for, we may not be able to accommodate your treatment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Tryst may recommend that you reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. The $250.00 “No Show/Cancellation Fee” still applies for late arrivals past 15 minutes as we do miss the opportunity to schedule another appointment in your time slot with such short notice.
